1. Acceptance of These Terms
This page sets out the agreement between you and KingExch9 ("we", "our", "us") covering the kingexch9.live website and every King Exchange ID arranged through our WhatsApp desk. The instant you message our support team, request a new ID, transfer a deposit or place a wager using credentials we issued, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted every clause in full. If any part does not suit you, do not request an ID — or stop using an existing one before any further activity.
These terms operate together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming commitments and AML Policy. Where those documents cover a topic in more detail, they apply alongside this page.
2. Eligibility, Age Limit & Jurisdiction
- You must be at least 18 years of age to hold a KingExch9 ID. We may request age proof at any time, and any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor will be frozen without notice and permanently closed.
- Rules on real-money online gaming vary across Indian states and other countries. It is entirely your duty to confirm participation is lawful where you live before registering. We do not provide legal advice, and using a VPN or false location details to sidestep a local restriction breaches these terms.
- The service is intended for personal recreational use only. Commercial resale of IDs, agent-style sub-letting, or operating accounts on behalf of other people is not permitted without our written approval.
3. Your KingExch9 ID & Account Rules
One person, one ID
Each player may hold exactly one active KingExch9 ID. Opening duplicate accounts — under your own name, a family member's details or a fabricated identity — is treated as bonus abuse and results in closure of every linked account.
Credential safety
- Your username and password are delivered only inside the official WhatsApp chat once your first deposit is verified. Our staff never phone, email or DM you asking for your password or an OTP.
- Keep your login details strictly private. Every bet, deposit request and withdrawal made through your credentials is treated as an action taken personally by you.
- If you suspect someone else has accessed your ID, message support immediately so the account can be locked and the password reset.
- For security, the official King Exchange login address rotates from time to time. Only trust the link shared in your verified support chat or published on our login page — never a link forwarded by strangers.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- The minimum deposit is Rs.100 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs.100. We charge no fees on either transaction; any charge levied by your bank or UPI app is outside our control.
- Withdrawal requests are normally settled within 5 to 15 minutes, around the clock, including weekends and match nights. During extreme traffic — major finals or festival weekends — settlement can take longer; such delay is not a breach of these terms.
- Payouts are released only to the bank account or UPI handle registered by the depositing player. Requests to route winnings to a friend, relative or any third-party account are refused under our AML Policy, with no exceptions.
- Before transferring any money, always reconfirm the payment details inside the official WhatsApp conversation. Funds sent to unverified numbers, expired QR codes or imposters claiming to represent KingExch9 cannot be recovered by us, and we accept no responsibility for them.
5. Bonus Terms
New IDs qualify for a single welcome offer: a 5% bonus on a first deposit of Rs.5,000. The bonus is credited with your opening balance and is fully withdrawable — no rollover ladder, no hidden wagering multiplier, no locked "bonus wallet". Because the offer is deliberately simple, it is strictly limited:
- One welcome bonus per person, per household and per device. Claiming it twice through duplicate IDs forfeits the bonus and any winnings built on top of it.
- We run no other bonus scheme. Anyone on Telegram, Instagram or WhatsApp promising extra "KingExch9 bonuses" in exchange for an advance payment is a fraudster — report them and never pay.
- Structured betting designed purely to convert bonus money — for example, matching your own bets across linked accounts — counts as abuse and voids the bonus.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
King Exchange runs on a peer-to-peer model where players back and lay against one another, so fair markets protect every customer. The following actions trigger immediate suspension, forfeiture of ill-gotten balances and a permanent ban:
- Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools or any software that places wagers without direct human input.
- Deliberately exploiting a pricing mistake, settlement error or technical glitch instead of reporting it to support.
- Raising false chargebacks or bad-faith payment disputes over genuine deposits.
- Match-fixing, wagering on inside information, or any activity that corrupts a market.
- Money laundering, depositing proceeds of crime, or attempting third-party transactions.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour towards our support staff.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the WhatsApp desk and the exchange platform reachable 24/7, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, upstream exchange outages, telecom failures or the in-play suspension of a live market can pause the service temporarily. Bets left unmatched or unsettled during an outage are handled under the exchange's standard settlement rules once service resumes. No compensation is payable for downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, KingExch9 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, missed betting opportunities, data loss, or damages arising from platform downtime, market suspensions or — above all — the results of your own betting decisions. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the verified cash balance held in your ID at the time the claim arises.
9. Important Disclaimers
kingexch9.live is an information and ID-facilitation platform: we arrange King Exchange accounts and publish guides and support resources. We do not guarantee winnings, tips or outcomes of any kind. Betting involves genuine financial risk, results are uncertain by nature, and past success never predicts future returns. 10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently close any ID that breaches these terms, shows signs of fraud, or creates legal or security risk for the platform. Where an account is closed for a rule breach, any legitimate verified balance is settled to the registered payment method after review, which can take up to 14 days. Balances proven to originate from fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be withheld. You may also close your own ID at any time by messaging support and withdrawing your remaining balance.
11. Changes to These Terms
We review this page periodically and may amend it to reflect new features, payment rules or legal requirements. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published here with a revised effective date. Material changes are additionally announced through the WhatsApp support channel. Continuing to deposit or bet after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing Framework
These terms are interpreted under the principles of applicable Indian law, without prejudice to the local rules of your own state or territory. Any disagreement should first be raised with our support desk, which resolves most issues within 24 hours; both sides agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any other remedy.
